The Stylist delivers exceptional customer service and sales performance at Jo Malone London’s London boutique, creating personalised fragrance experiences and supporting events, visual merchandising and daily operations. This is a full-time, regular role at 37.5 hours per week.

Role & Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and meet service goals.
• Maximise sales performance and productivity; understand individual sales and service goals.
• Create a welcoming, inspirational and personalised in-store experience, using storytelling to showcase Jo Malone London products and services.
• Host and support in-store events, consultations and brand experiences, including hand and arm massages and wedding consultations.
• Maintain the store environment, including visual merchandising standards and housekeeping.
• Support boutique operations, including opening and closing.
• Build collaborative relationships with colleagues.
• Maintain awareness of stock, inventory and competitor activity, and support an omni-channel approach.
• Adhere to brand grooming guidelines.

Qualifications

• Demonstrate the ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalised customer service.
• A qualification in make-up artistry or previous retail make-up experience is preferred; applicants with amateur-level experience are welcome if they can demonstrate a high level of creative and technical expertise.
• Able to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends and special events, in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
• Provide proof of the right to live and work in the country if invited to interview.
