Jo Malone London Stylist, 30 hours per week, at Selfridges London. Deliver exceptional beauty consultations and customer service in this part-time retail role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and personalized consultations to boutique visitors
- Maximize sales performance and productivity whilst achieving individual sales and service goals
- Execute in-store events including signature Hand and Arm massage services and wedding consultations
- Maintain high visual merchandising standards and boutique environment to differentiate from competitors
- Build collaborative relationships with colleagues and support team initiatives
- Manage stock awareness and inventory whilst maintaining housekeeping standards
- Adhere to brand grooming guidelines and maintain a polished, professional appearance
- Monitor competitor activity and drive an omni-channel approach to customer engagement
- Assist with boutique opening and closing procedures and operational duties
Qualifications
- Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service consistently
- High level of creative and technical expertise in makeup application (certification or previous retail makeup experience preferred but amateur level experience welcome if demonstrating strong competency)
- Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software
- Proof of right to live and work in the United Kingdom

Makeup artistry certification or previous retail makeup counter experience is desirable; however, candidates with amateur-level makeup experience are welcome to apply if they can demonstrate creative and technical expertise alongside a passion for personalized customer service.
