Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised customer service aligned with Jo Malone London brand standards and values
- Maximise individual sales performance and productivity targets within assigned shift patterns
- Execute and support in-store events, including workshops, fragrance consultations, and special customer experiences
- Perform signature hand and arm massage services and conduct wedding consultations
- Maintain comprehensive awareness of stock levels and inventory management

Qualifications
- Demonstrated expertise in makeup artistry, skincare application, or fragrance consultation with strong creative and technical proficiency

- Experience with retail point-of-sale software systems and digital commerce platforms
- Capacity to work flexible retail hours including evenings, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced environment
- Right to live and work in the United Kingdom with proof available upon request
- Warm, kind, and gracious demeanour with a 'can-do' attitude and adaptable, versatile approach to problem-solving
Skills
Experience
Retail sales or customer service experience in a luxury beauty or fragrance environment is highly desirable, with evidence of consistent achievement against sales targets. Prior makeup artistry training or previous in-store makeup experience is preferred but not essential; candidates with demonstrated amateur-level expertise and a passion for beauty are encouraged to apply.
Education
