Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding, personalized customer service aligned with individual and team service goals
- Mentor and coach Stylists to achieve sales targets, service metrics, and professional development objectives

- Maintain optimal stock levels on the shop floor and manage stock rotation; ensure stockroom organization and flag discrepancies

- Complete retail point-of-sale transactions accurately and reconcile cash; open and close store operations as required
- Maintain superior timekeeping and attendance; demonstrate commitment to company operations and brand standards
- Stay informed on product knowledge, company updates, and store information to support customer and team needs
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics or luxury beauty
- Demonstrated ability to deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Retail operations experience including cash reconciliation, store opening and closing procedures
- Supervisory or team leadership experience with a track record of coaching and mentoring colleagues
- Proficiency with retail point-of-sale (POS) software systems
- Flexibility to work retail hours including evenings, weekends, and special events
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment
- Right to live and work in the United Kingdom

Experience
Proven retail experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within cosmetics or luxury beauty retail. Previous supervisory or lead experience with responsibility for coaching and mentoring colleagues to achieve sales and service targets is highly desirable. Familiarity with retail point-of-sale systems and store operations (opening, closing, cash reconciliation) is advantageous.
