Jo Malone London seeks a part-time Retail Stylist for its Harrods boutique in London, working 15 hours. The role delivers personalised customer service and fragrance-led storytelling, supports sales and events, and maintains stock, visual merchandising and boutique standards.

Role & Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and achieve service goals.
• Maximise sales performance and productivity; understand and work towards individual sales and service goals.
• Create a welcoming, inspirational and personalised in-store experience, using storytelling to showcase Jo Malone London products and services to customers, global colleagues, corporate clients and media contacts.
• Support in-store events, including service experiences and consultations.
• Build collaborative relationships with colleagues.
• Maintain awareness of stock and inventory.
• Maintain high visual merchandising standards and the store environment; assist with boutique opening and closing and housekeeping duties.
• Monitor competitor activity and support an omni-channel approach.
• Adhere to brand grooming guidelines.

Qualifications

• A qualification in make-up artistry or previous retail make-up experience is preferred; applicants with amateur-level experience are welcome if they can demonstrate a high level of creative and technical expertise.
• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalised customer service.
• Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends and special events, in a fast-paced work environment.
• Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
• Proof of the right to live and work in the country must be provided if invited to interview.
