Jo Malone London seeks a customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to create tailored customer experiences, recommend gifts and fragrances, support festive events and store presentation, meet sales targets, and assist with stock and back-of-house organisation. This temporary, part-time position has various hours.
Role & Responsibilities
- Create exceptional customer experiences through warm, tailored recommendations.
- Help customers find suitable gifts or signature scents.
- Support festive in-store events, visual merchandising and store presentation.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets.
- Assist with stock deliveries, replenishment and back-of-house organisation.
Qualifications
- A qualification in make-up artistry or previous retail make-up experience is preferred; applicants with amateur-level experience are also welcome if they can demonstrate a high level of creative and technical expertise.
- Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalised customer service.
- Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends and special events in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
- Ability to provide proof of the right to live and work in the country if invited to interview.
