Jo Malone London seeks a Makeup Artist for a 24-hour part-time role in Gatwick. The role delivers personalized in-store customer experiences, supports events and visual merchandising, and welcomes applicants with amateur-level makeup experience who demonstrate strong creative and technical expertise.
Role & Responsibilities
- Create a welcoming, inspirational and personalized in-store experience that educates and delights customers, using creative and technical expertise and a passion for people.
- Work as part of a high-performing team to create impact through in-store events.
- Ensure the store meets high visual merchandising standards and stands out from competitors.
Qualifications
- A makeup artistry qualification or previous retail makeup experience is preferred; applicants with amateur-level experience are welcome if they can demonstrate a high level of creative and technical expertise.
- Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
- Availability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends and special events, in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
