Jo Malone London seeks temporary Christmas stylists to deliver exceptional customer experiences across multiple nationwide locations during the festive season. In this role, candidates will provide personalized fragrance recommendations, support in-store events and visual merchandising, and assist with sales targets and inventory management across a six-week period leading up to Christmas. The position combines customer-facing retail expertise with back-of-house operations to ensure a memorable holiday shopping experience.
Role & Responsibilities
- Create exceptional customer experiences with warm, tailored fragrance and product recommendations
- Assist customers in selecting gifts and signature scents suited to their preferences
- Support festive in-store events, visual merchandising and store presentation initiatives
- Collaborate as part of a retail team to achieve sales targets and performance objectives
- Assist with stock deliveries, replenishment, and back-of-house organisation
Qualifications
- Friendly, confident and engaging communicator
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, festive retail environment
- Flexible availability across peak Christmas weeks and festive trading period
- Retail or customer service experience preferred; enthusiasm is essential
- Ability to work retail hours including days, evenings, weekends and special events
