Role & Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive weekly and monthly retail reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs), providing actionable insights and commentary on sales performance by retailer, category, and product launches to support strategic decisions and identify growth opportunities
- Maintain and manage sales targets and projections in collaboration with Finance and Commercial teams to ensure accurate forecasting and budget alignment across all cluster retailers
- Track competitor activity and provide strategic insights on market trends to maintain competitive advantage and identify emerging opportunities
- Provide regular analytical support to sales teams on promotional performance, event ROI, and marketing activity effectiveness, sharing recommendations for revenue and profitability improvement
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of Power BI dashboards to track retail performance and ensure data integrity across the sales organization
- Champion customer data analysis (including Unify in Boots platform) to deliver commercial insights, KPI evaluation, and strategic recommendations supporting commercial decision-making
- Develop and maintain retail planning tools for budget construction across all cluster locations
- Support the development of monthly and annual retail sales targets and projections aligned with business goals
- Collaborate with National Account Managers, Trade Marketing, and Field Teams to ensure appropriate allocation of GWPs and sales-driven investments by door
- Perform ongoing risk and opportunity analysis across sales channels and retailer groups
- Provide field and education teams with relevant data, reporting tools, and training to build commercial awareness and business planning capabilities
- Conduct bespoke training sessions on key reporting systems to increase team confidence in report building and analysis
- Provide proactive insights to inform supply chain and inventory planning for new product launches and promotional activities
- Support operational tasks including budget maintenance, sales tracking, and commission analysis
- Prepare ad-hoc reporting and analysis for leadership, including financial summaries, competitor analysis, and market opportunities
- Assist in preparing data presentations for business reviews, board meetings, and strategy sessions with senior leadership
Qualifications
- Background in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- Strong experience in retail and commercial analytics
- Comfortable working with large data sets and generating detailed reports
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to extract meaningful insights from complex data

Experience
Proven experience in retail, commercial analysis, or a similar analytical field; demonstrated ability to work across multiple teams and organizational levels while delivering data-driven recommendations in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
