Boutique Manager for Jo Malone London at John Lewis Cribbs Causeway, responsible for overseeing all aspects of boutique operations while maintaining alignment with brand vision. The role encompasses driving sales performance, managing team operations, curating in-store events including signature hand and arm massages and wedding consultations, and ensuring excellence in customer service delivery. Full-time position, 37.5 hours per week across 5 days.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee all boutique operations and ensure smooth daily running of the store
- Align team members with boutique and Jo Malone London brand vision and standards
- Elevate and execute in-store events including signature treatments and wedding consultations
- Set and achieve sales targets while driving customer service excellence
- Conduct sales analysis and performance monitoring
- Manage staff scheduling and team leadership
- Handle inventory management and facilities oversight

Qualifications

Proven retail management or assistant retail management experience, preferably within beauty or a fast-paced retail environment. Background in setting sales and customer service targets, conducting sales analysis, and staff scheduling required. Previous experience in retail operations including inventory and facilities management, as well as cash reconciliation. Demonstrated experience creating and executing in-store events.
