Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed sales targets including items per transaction, average sale value, and business mix as communicated by the Store Manager
- Deliver inspirational customer experiences through the Jo Malone Three Steps of Service and fragrance consultation
- Coach and mentor junior stylists, providing guidance, motivation, and performance feedback to support their individual goals
- Execute in-store events according to brand guidelines and drive attendance and sales targets
- Maintain store environment including cleaning testers, display units, and the Tasting Bar™ throughout the day
- Monitor and replenish stock levels, rotate merchandise appropriately, and flag discrepancies to management
- Collaborate with store management and team members to achieve service accreditations and operational efficiency
- Maintain personal grooming standards and adhere to Jo Malone brand image requirements
Qualifications
- Qualification in make-up artistry or previous retail make-up experience preferred; amateur-level creative and technical expertise acceptable
- Proven ability to deliver inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service
- Experience with retail point-of-sale software systems
- Flexibility to work retail hours including days, evenings, weekends and special events
- Proof of right to work and residency in the United Kingdom
