Jo Malone London seeks an Assistant Boutique Manager to elevate customer experiences and drive sales performance across its Stamford boutique. The successful candidate will support the Boutique Manager in all operational aspects, manage team alignment with brand vision, execute signature events from hand and arm massages to wedding consultations, and ensure exceptional inventory and visual merchandising standards. Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional and personalized customer service reflective of Jo Malone London's generosity and brand ethos
- Lead and develop team members to align with boutique and brand vision while supporting the Boutique Manager in operational continuity
- Maximize sales performance and productivity through business planning, target setting, sales analysis, and strategic pricing
