Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalized customer service aligned with Jo Malone London brand values

Qualifications
- Proven retail management or assistant retail management experience
- Previous supervisory experience with a demonstrated track record of coaching and mentoring teams to achieve sales and customer service targets
- Proficiency with retail point-of-sale software and Microsoft Office
- Experience in retail operations including inventory management, facilities management, and cash reconciliation
- Experience creating and executing in-store events
- Business planning experience including sales target setting, sales analysis, and staff scheduling
- Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Right to work in the United Kingdom (proof required if invited for interview)
