Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Store Manager in achieving targets and KPIs and effectively managing the team.
  • Ensure the team delivers exceptional customer service and exceeds customer expectations by following the Selling Ceremony.
  • Assist the Management Team in training the team on product construction, materials, care and design, customer service, Retail Excellence and other communicated topics.
  • Support the team in building, developing and maintaining the client database to encourage repeat visits and customer loyalty.
  • Ensure the efficient running of the boutique in line with directives and procedures set by Retail Excellence, the Management Team and the Company.
  • Consistently represent Jimmy Choo’s luxury lifestyle image through customer relationship management, attitude, personal grooming, dress code and behaviour, and ensure the team does likewise.
  • Ensure customer complaints are resolved promptly and successfully.
  • Support the Management Team in the day-to-day operation of the boutique, including customer relationships, team management, store administration, stock management and visual merchandising.
  • Maintain effective stock controls to ensure continued supply and accurate stock records.
  • Assist in organising and managing stock takes as required.
  • Monitor the team to ensure merchandise presentation meets visual merchandising standards and the boutique remains tidy and clean.
  • Ensure the team understands and actively works towards KPIs to improve boutique performance and achieve individual and store targets.
  • Implement and uphold Jimmy Choo procedures, standards and policies as outlined in Retail Excellence and communicated by the Company.
  • Support the team in monitoring and managing health, safety and security matters in accordance with Jimmy Choo procedures.
  • Support back-of-house and administrative operations as requested.
  • Undertake other ad hoc duties as reasonably required for the successful running of the store.
  • Develop detailed product knowledge, including construction, materials, care and design, to provide knowledgeable customer service.
  • Build, develop and maintain a personal client database to encourage repeat visits and customer loyalty.

Qualifications

  • Fluent English; additional languages are advantageous.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Visual merchandising experience.
  • Demonstrable skills in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge and understanding of the luxury market, customer service and fashion.
  • Ability to manage multiple demands and competing priorities in a multinational business.
  • Proactive approach to anticipating boutique and team issues.
  • Demonstrates respect and leadership capabilities, and regularly exceeds expectations.
  • Shows innovation and initiative.
