Jimmy Choo is seeking an Email Marketing Coordinator for its Global CRM team in London to manage global email planning and delivery, campaign QA, performance reporting, competitor analysis and CRM customer experience. The role works cross-functionally with global and regional teams and offers a compensation range of £31,000–£37,000 annually.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Own and maintain the global email marketing calendar across key revenue-driving markets, ensuring activity is strategically planned and delivered on time.
  • Align email activity with commercial priorities, product launches, campaigns and key trading moments in collaboration with Global Trade, Content, Design, CRM and Regional teams.
  • Coordinate outlet and retail email activity with regional teams, improving the cadence, consistency and quality of sends.
  • Balance commercial, brand, editorial and customer-led email communications, and identify opportunities to optimise their frequency, timing and sequencing across markets.
  • Manage the end-to-end email process from initial brief to deployment, aligning stakeholders on timing, content and requirements.
  • Work with Global Trade, Content and Design teams to develop compelling, on-brand email campaigns.
  • Create clear, comprehensive content and creative briefs so teams can produce high-quality assets.
  • Manage the day-to-day email workflow tool, tracking briefs, approvals, assets and deadlines.
  • Ensure the email production process is followed consistently and efficiently across teams and markets; identify potential delays or issues and resolve them with relevant stakeholders.
  • Own final email campaign QA before deployment, checking rendering across relevant devices, browsers and email clients; verify content, imagery, product information, pricing, calls to action, links, tracking, UTM parameters, personalisation, segmentation and other applicable requirements against the approved brief.
  • Coordinate test sends and stakeholder sign-off, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time and to a consistently high standard, with particular accuracy during high-volume trading periods.
  • Produce weekly and monthly email performance reports and ad hoc daily reporting when required.
  • Monitor email KPIs including open rate, click-through rate, conversion, revenue, engagement and unsubscribe rate, alongside other relevant metrics.
  • Work with CRM, Ecommerce and Analytics teams to interpret campaign performance and identify improvements; present commercially focused insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Use data to identify trends, successes and optimisation opportunities across markets, audiences and campaign types, supporting analysis through Looker Studio, Google Analytics and Power BI.
  • Conduct ad hoc competitor research across luxury fashion and premium retail, monitoring creative direction, messaging, promotional strategy, cadence, personalisation and customer journeys; share market insights and best-practice recommendations.
  • Stay current with developments and trends in luxury fashion, ecommerce, CRM and digital marketing.
  • Support a consistent, premium customer experience across email touchpoints, including audience segmentation, targeting and personalisation initiatives with CRM and Marketing teams.
  • Assist with testing and optimisation of subject lines, creative, content, calls to action, send times and frequency.
  • Support automated and triggered communications as required, including customer lifecycle, transactional and CRM activity.
  • Ensure email communications comply with brand guidelines, legal requirements and email marketing best practice.

Qualifications

  • Experience in email marketing, CRM, digital marketing or ecommerce, ideally within luxury fashion, premium retail or another high-end consumer brand.
  • Hands-on experience with an Email Service Provider (ESP) or CRM/email marketing platform.
  • Strong understanding of the end-to-end email marketing process, from briefing and production through QA, deployment and reporting.
  • Excellent organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, markets and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a strong quality-control mindset.
  • Strong Excel skills and confidence working with data, reporting and performance analysis.
  • Experience with reporting and analytics platforms such as Looker Studio, Google Analytics/GA4 and/or Power BI.
  • Ability to work with data and translate performance metrics into actionable insights.
  • Confidence presenting performance, recommendations and campaign updates to stakeholders.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including confidence liaising with stakeholders across teams, markets and levels of seniority.
  • Proactive, solutions-focused approach, anticipating issues and managing changing priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Genuine interest in luxury fashion, ecommerce, digital marketing and the wider customer experience.
  • Commercial awareness and understanding of how email and CRM activity contributes to revenue and customer engagement.
  • Collaborative and personable approach, with the ability to build strong relationships across global and regional teams.
  • Highly organised, proactive, commercially minded, detail-oriented, analytical, adaptable and confident communicating and collaborating across functions.
  • Strong operational execution combined with commercial curiosity; takes ownership of the email calendar and production process and seeks to improve processes, campaign performance and customer engagement.
