Jil Sander seeks Stock Keeper for Bicester Village outlet. Manage inventory, stock cycles and warehouse operations with luxury service standards.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage the entire stock cycle including receipt, inspection, processing and distribution of products
- Execute inventory management, stock control and cycle counts under Store Manager guidance
- Perform accurate and timely shipping to final clients in accordance with luxury service standards
- Maintain stockroom organization according to company standards, ensuring safe and efficient product storage
- Monitor stock levels and support replenishment activities to ensure product availability on the sales floor
- Support the sales team by locating and replenishing products promptly
- Perform regular stock counts and assist with inventories and audits
- Ensure compliance with company procedures, loss prevention policies and health and safety standards
- Report discrepancies, damaged products or operational issues to management
- Collaborate with the retail team to ensure efficient stock flow and smooth day-to-day operations
- Maintain a clean, organized and secure stockroom environment
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Stock Keeper
- Proficiency in Italian and English languages
- Back-office skills and inventory/stock management expertise
- Strong numerical aptitude
- Flexibility and availability to work weekends
- Knowledge of RBO, DRT and Power BI (preferred)
