HUGO BOSS is seeking a Store Manager for a temporary maternity-cover role in Milton Keynes. The manager will lead and develop the team, drive store performance and customer service, and oversee recruitment, succession planning and local market awareness.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and coach team members to achieve KPIs while delivering excellent customer service.
- Drive the team to achieve store performance targets and KPIs, defining short- and long-term action plans.
- Coach, develop and appraise the team.
- Recruit effectively, plan succession and network.
- Implement and maintain a customer-centric mindset to build a loyal customer base.
- Drive the use of available tools and ensure procedures are executed and policies are followed.
- Build and maintain awareness of competitors and local markets, sharing relevant findings with the Area Manager and retail team.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar management role within fashion and lifestyle retail.
- Excellent leadership and people-management skills, including the ability to lead, motivate, train and develop a team through active management.
- Flexibility and adaptability to business needs.
- Strong commercial acumen and brand knowledge.
- Willingness to continue learning and developing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills at all levels.
- Experience in networking and building relationships.
