HUGO BOSS is hiring a Store Manager in Cardiff on a temporary maternity-cover contract. The role leads and develops the team, drives store targets and KPIs, delivers excellent customer service, and builds a loyal customer base through a customer-centric approach.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and coach team members to achieve KPIs while delivering excellent customer service.
- Drive the team to meet store performance targets and KPIs, and define short- and long-term action plans.
- Coach, develop and appraise team members.
- Recruit effectively, plan succession and network.
- Implement and maintain a customer-centric approach to build a loyal customer base.
- Drive the use of available tools and ensure procedures are executed and policies followed.
- Monitor competitors and local markets, sharing relevant findings with the Area Manager and retail team.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar management role within fashion and lifestyle retail.
- Excellent leadership and people-management skills to lead, motivate, train and develop a team through active management.
- Flexibility and adaptability to business needs.
- Strong commercial acumen and brand knowledge.
- Willingness to continually learn and develop.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills at all levels.
- Experience in networking and building relationships.
