The Sales Associate delivers excellent customer service, builds customer loyalty and supports commercial performance, CRM, transactions, stock management and loss prevention at HUGO BOSS’s Stansted Airport location. This is a part-time, 8-hour role on an unlimited contract.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service and build a loyal base of repeat customers.
- Gather and maintain high-quality CRM data.
- Contribute to the location’s performance targets and individual KPIs.
- Support transaction processing, complaint handling and returns.
- Participate in regular training to support continuous development.
- Support loss prevention and stock management operations.
- Use business systems and the latest technology proficiently.
- Drive the use of available tools, execute procedures and follow policies.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality or customer service, with an excellent understanding of the premium fashion industry.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills at all levels.
- Strong commercial acumen and brand knowledge.
- Flexibility and adaptability to business needs.
- Willingness to learn and develop continuously.
- Strong cultural knowledge and awareness.
