The Sales Associate delivers excellent customer service, builds customer loyalty and supports sales, CRM, stock management and store operations at HUGO BOSS in Reading. This part-time role is 16 hours per week on an unlimited contract.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service and build a loyal base of repeat customers.
- Gather and maintain high-quality CRM data.
- Contribute to the location’s performance targets and individual KPIs.
- Assist with transactions, complaints and returns.
- Participate in regular training to support ongoing development.
- Support loss-prevention operations and stock management.
- Use business systems and the latest technology proficiently.
- Drive the use of available tools and ensure procedures are executed and policies followed.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality or customer service, with an excellent understanding of the premium fashion industry.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills at all levels.
- Strong commercial acumen and brand knowledge.
- Flexibility and adaptability to business needs.
- Willingness to learn and develop continuously.
- Strong cultural knowledge and awareness.
- A proactive, positive attitude.
