The Retail Supervisor leads and motivates sales-floor team members to achieve individual and store KPIs, supports action plans, develops team capabilities and champions customer loyalty. The role is full-time and permanent, with responsibility for operational compliance and sharing competitor and local-market insights.
Role & Responsibilities
- Supervise, assist and motivate sales-floor team members to achieve individual and store performance targets and KPIs.
- Support the management team in implementing action plans to achieve short- and long-term targets.
- Coach, develop and train team members to improve product knowledge and selling skills.
- Maintain a customer-centric approach to build a loyal customer base.
- Promote the use of available tools and ensure procedures are executed and policies are followed.
- Monitor competitors and local markets, sharing relevant findings with the Area Manager and retail team.

- Previous experience in a similar management role within fashion and lifestyle retail.
- Passion for leading, motivating and training team members through active supervision.

- Strong commercial acumen and brand knowledge.
