HUGO BOSS is seeking a Retail Supervisor for its Manchester Trafford store to lead and develop the sales-floor team, support performance targets and deliver excellent customer service. The role is full-time and unlimited (permanent), with commission, tailored training and development opportunities, and attractive benefits.
Role & Responsibilities
- Supervise, assist and motivate sales-floor team members to achieve individual and store performance targets and KPIs.
- Support the management team in implementing action plans to achieve short- and long-term targets.
- Coach, develop and train team members to improve their product and selling skills.
- Promote a customer-centric mindset to build a loyal customer base.
- Drive the use of available tools and ensure procedures are executed and policies are followed.
- Build and maintain awareness of competitors and local markets, sharing relevant findings with the Area Manager and retail team.
- Act as an inspirational role model while supervising the team on the sales floor and driving KPI achievement and excellent customer service.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar management role in fashion and lifestyle retail.
- Passion for leading, motivating and training team members through active supervision.
- Flexibility and adaptability to business needs.
- Strong commercial acumen and brand knowledge.
- Willingness to continually learn and develop.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills at all levels.
- Experience networking and building relationships.
