HUGO BOSS seeks a Retail Supervisor for its Newcastle Metrocentre location in Gateshead to motivate and coach the sales-floor team, support performance against targets and KPIs, and deliver excellent customer service. The role is full-time on an unlimited contract and includes commission, attractive benefits, global career paths, tailored training and development opportunities.
Role & Responsibilities
- Supervise, assist and motivate team members on the sales floor to achieve individual and location performance targets and KPIs.
- Support the management team in implementing action plans to achieve short- and long-term targets.
- Coach, develop and train team members to continuously improve their product and selling skills.
- Implement and maintain a customer-centric mindset to build a loyal customer base.
- Drive the use of all available tools and ensure procedures are executed and policies are followed.
- Build and maintain awareness of competitors and local markets, sharing relevant findings with the Area Manager and retail team.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar management role within a fashion and lifestyle retail environment.
- Passion for leading, motivating and training team members through active supervision.
- Flexibility and adaptability to the needs of the business.
- Strong commercial acumen and brand knowledge.
- Willingness to continually learn and develop.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills at all levels.
- Experience in networking and building relationships.
