The Retail Supervisor leads and supports the sales-floor team to deliver customer experience and achieve performance targets, while coaching colleagues and supporting store action plans. This is a full-time, unlimited-term role in Bristol; the package includes commission, attractive benefits, and tailored training and development opportunities.
Role & Responsibilities
- Supervise, assist and motivate sales-floor team members to achieve individual and store performance targets and KPIs.
- Support the management team in implementing action plans to meet short- and long-term targets.
- Coach, develop and train team members to improve product knowledge and selling skills.
- Implement and maintain a customer-centric approach to build a loyal customer base.
- Promote the use of available tools and ensure procedures are carried out and policies followed.
- Monitor competitors and local markets, sharing relevant findings with the Area Manager and retail team.

- Previous experience in a similar management role in fashion and lifestyle retail.
- Passion for leading, motivating and training team members through active supervision.
