HUGO BOSS is seeking a Retail Specialist in Manchester on a full-time, unlimited contract. The role partners with management to develop team members, elevate customer experience and repeat clientele, support merchandising and stock processes, and improve commercial performance. Role & Responsibilities
- Partner with the management team to coach, train and develop team members in the specialist area, maximising sales potential and ensuring excellent customer service.
- Build a customer-centric mindset, enhance the customer experience and develop repeat clientele through relationship-building, CRM data gathering and quality management.
- Support team member induction and ongoing training.
- Support merchandise-related processes, stocktakes and cycle counts, and provide product feedback to merchandise management.
- Share best practices and expertise to improve selling techniques and individual KPIs, maximising sales potential within the specialist area.
- Support loss-prevention and stock-management operations.
- Promote the use of available tools and ensure procedures are executed and policies followed.
