HUGO BOSS is seeking a Cashier in Bicester to manage cash desk operations, customer transactions and returns, CRM data, and merchandise presentation and stock around the checkout area. This is a part-time role of 8 hours; benefits include commission, training and development opportunities, and an international working environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage efficient cash desk operations and merchandise presentation around the cash area while delivering excellent customer service to support commercial success.
- Handle cash management, transactions, complaints and returns, and induct new team members to the cash desk.
- Deliver excellent customer service and build a loyal base of repeat shoppers to improve productivity.
- Gather and manage the quality of CRM data.
- Support visual merchandising, stock management and replenishment around the cash desk, and manage stationery orders.
- Use business systems and the latest technology proficiently.
Qualifications
- Previous experience operating a cash desk, preferably in a premium retail environment.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Flexibility and adaptability to business needs.
- Willingness to learn and develop continuously.
- Excellent communication skills at all levels.
