Role & Responsibilities
- Professionally advise and handle customers to achieve personal and store sales targets
- Build and develop client relationships while maintaining an active client book
- Create and maintain compelling merchandising displays to luxury standards
- Deliver high-quality customer service across face-to-face, virtual, email, and social media channels
- Complete accurate sales documentation and efficiently operate till and stock management systems
- Monitor stock levels on a regular basis and maintain inventory accuracy
- Perform watch alterations and fittings for customers
- Develop and maintain extensive brand and product knowledge
- Support implementation of brand training initiatives and attend brand events
- Coordinate with aftersales teams to ensure superior customer service and satisfaction
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury watches or equivalent luxury retail sector
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Strong ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Comprehensive understanding of luxury brand standards and customer expectations
- Proficiency in till systems and stock management software
- Capability to perform watch alterations and fittings
- Excellent communication skills across multiple channels

Experience
Minimum 3 years of experience in the luxury watches industry or similar luxury retail environment, with demonstrated ability to consistently achieve sales targets and manage diverse customer bases in a professional, high-touch manner.

The base compensation for this position is GBP 33,000 per annum.
