Hublot is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead local marketing strategy, PR, boutique activations and client experiences, elevating brand visibility and prestige across the UK and Ireland. The role oversees annual planning and budget, media, CRM, digital, events, sponsorships and retail marketing, while managing a Marketing Coordinator and partnering with the Brand Director, retail team, headquarters and external agencies. This is a permanent, full-time, on-site position.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop the annual brand plan, recommend and agree the annual marketing budget, set local brand objectives, and build the UK marketing strategy.
  • Create an annual 360-degree marketing plan, with activities scheduled throughout the year.
  • Direct and implement PR activity and trade marketing plans.
  • Develop and implement the media strategy.
  • Develop PR strategy and objectives, ensuring strong implementation and follow-up.
  • Create and monitor the trade marketing strategy.
  • Create and implement CRM and digital strategy and activity.
  • Manage brand events and sponsorship partners.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders, including Hublot Headquarters and external agencies.
  • Ensure strong brand representation across all points of sale and implement promotional retailer activity.
  • Manage, motivate, coach and develop the Marketing Coordinator; conduct appraisal meetings and support performance.
  • Continuously monitor the performance and effectiveness of brand activity across sales, advertising, PR, digital and trade marketing.
  • Grow and positively represent Hublot’s image as a key brand ambassador with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Implement Hublot’s brand strategy in the UK and Ireland.
  • Embody Hublot’s brand philosophy and values, driving business through passionate delivery of the brand marketing strategy.

Qualifications

  • Marketing management experience, preferably within the luxury goods industry.
  • Experience in brand strategy and development, including building annual brand plans covering media, trade marketing, digital, PR, sponsorship and retail marketing.
  • Ability to manage, motivate and develop a direct report.
  • Proven track record in brand development and budget planning and management.
  • Appreciation of luxury products and branding.
  • Ability to understand clients’ needs and expectations.
  • Commercial awareness.

Skills

Creative thinking and the ability to produce innovative ideas and solutions. Excellent presentation, communication and relationship-building skills. Flexibility and adaptability to change. Ability to produce and analyse reports and documentation accurately. Advanced knowledge of and ability to use computer systems, especially PowerPoint. Compensation

The base compensation for this position is GBP 60,000 per annum.
