Role & Responsibilities
- Greet clients upon arrival with warmth and professionalism, creating a positive first impression aligned with Hermès values
- Engage with clients on the boutique floor and introduce them to relevant team members based on their needs
- Coordinate daily appointments and welcome scheduled clients personally, ensuring seamless scheduling and flow
- Manage waiting times appropriately and offer seating, refreshments, teas, and coffees to clients
- Provide recommendations for hotels, restaurants, afternoon teas, exhibitions, and cultural attractions near the store
- Support the sales and service team with break coordination and floor supervision, requesting additional assistance when necessary
- Serve as a concierge resource, sharing insights about London and fostering relationships with neighbouring hotel concierge personnel
- Maintain exceptional standards in store presentation and appearance at all times
- Communicate feedback to management about customer experience, potential concerns, and areas for improvement
- Manage porcelain, glassware, and refreshment orders in coordination with the Administration Manager
Qualifications
- Valid visa allowing unrestricted full-time work in the United Kingdom for the entire duration of employment
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrable experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in luxury retail or hospitality environments
