Harrods seeks a Talent Operations Executive in Knightsbridge to lead digital talent activation, performance reporting and campaign measurement.
Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as the central internal contact for digital talent activations across all divisions.
- Own and manage talent reporting and performance analysis using internal and external tools.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Paid Media, Affiliates, SEO and broader Digital teams.
- Build and maintain trackers, reporting tools and campaign calendars.
- Identify tools, innovations and best-in-class measurement approaches.
- Support and optimise talent strategies across divisions, ensuring activations are data-led, measurable and commercially effective.
- Bring a quantitative perspective to talent performance to enable stronger decision-making and ROI.
- Work flexibly across weekend, early-morning and evening photoshoots as required by the business.
Qualifications
- Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in response to changing priorities.
- Bring strong experience managing internal and external stakeholders and ensuring consistent communication across teams.
- Have excellent analytical, communication, coordination and planning skills.
- Possess a solid understanding of PR channels, influencer marketing and social media in a performance-driven context.
- Be available for weekend, early-morning and evening photoshoots as required by the business.
