Harrods is hiring Seasonal Retail Assistants at H beauty Lakeside to support customers, tills, stock replenishment, visual merchandising and festive gifting during the Christmas trading period. Full-time and part-time opportunities are available on a four-week fixed-term contract from the end of November until the end of December.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming environment for customers.
- Respond to customer enquiries and recommend beauty and gifting products.
- Operate tills and process transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Replenish stock and maintain product availability across the store.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and a well-presented shopping environment.
- Assist with festive gifting services and seasonal activities.
- Promote the My Beauty rewards programme and customer feedback initiatives.
- Collaborate with colleagues across store areas to support peak trading.
