Harrods is seeking a Sales Associate for its Charcuterie department in the Foodhalls, delivering personalised customer service, driving sales, and maintaining product presentation, availability, and food safety standards. This permanent, full-time role is fully on site, working five days out of seven, with a competitive salary of £31,922 plus bonus.
Role & Responsibilities
- Create outstanding in-store customer experiences by putting customers first, building strong relationships, and demonstrating exceptional product and Harrods knowledge.
- Share ideas and best practices across the team and other divisions to support strong performance.
- Learn about customers and tailor each interaction to make it personalised and memorable.
- Increase sales by selecting products that meet customer requirements and highlighting their features and benefits.
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and product presentation, and ensure product availability through effective stock management and replenishment.
- Follow food safety and hygiene practices and keep the environment clean, well-presented, and inviting.
