Harrods is seeking a Sales Associate for its Rolex boutique in Knightsbridge, London. The role focuses on luxury client service, Rolex product expertise, boutique sales targets and client relationships; it is permanent, fully on site, and involves working 5 out of 7 days per week.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Create world-class customer experiences and deliver best-in-class service in the Rolex boutique at Harrods.
  • Build deep client relationships and demonstrate exceptional Rolex product knowledge.
  • Support the Rolex Brand Manager and Retail Manager in achieving boutique sales targets, team and individual sales objectives, Rolex-specific NPS and service KPIs, while upholding Rolex brand and service standards.
  • Maintain expert knowledge of Rolex collections, technical features and service propositions, and awareness of the wider store to provide informed, value-adding client recommendations.
  • Complete all Rolex Advisor, external and in-boutique training to deepen product expertise and deliver a brand-aligned client journey.
  • Support balanced Rolex sales across core collections and reference-diversity targets, maximising exposure to the full portfolio.
  • Identify client needs, explain technical features and heritage benefits, and recommend suitable complementary or alternative Rolex references.
  • Monitor boutique sales performance against targets and KPIs to support commercial decision-making and performance improvement.
  • Contribute to a collaborative team culture aligned with Rolex values and Harrods service standards.
  • Maintain Rolex boutique standards, immaculate presentation, service excellence and brand integrity.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, Rolex brand representatives and key stakeholders, supporting alignment with brand expectations and initiatives.
  • Proactively complete required product training and certifications.
  • Provide boutique cover as required, supporting colleagues to ensure an exceptional Rolex client experience.
  • Seek and apply feedback from managers, colleagues and relevant departments to support collective performance and continuous improvement.
  • Stay informed about store-wide and Rolex-specific initiatives and services, and build cross-department relationships to support a seamless client journey.
