Role & Responsibilities
- Create world-class customer experiences by placing clients at the heart of all interactions and building strong, lasting relationships
- Develop comprehensive product knowledge encompassing divisional offerings and wider Harrods services to provide expert recommendations
- Increase sales revenue by identifying customer requirements and effectively communicating product features, benefits, and quality differentiators
- Maintain exceptional visual merchandising standards and product presentation throughout the Food Halls
- Execute efficient stock management and replenishment protocols to ensure strong product availability
