- Maintain exceptional operational standards within The Lobby using Enactor, Zendesk, and STORM systems
- Build strong relationships with colleagues across Retail, Bell Hop, and Back of House teams to ensure seamless collections handling
- Demonstrate problem-solving skills and confident thinking to address both straightforward and complex customer requests
