Harrods is hiring Retail Assistants at H beauty Milton Keynes on a four-week fixed-term contract from the end of November until the end of December, with full-time and part-time opportunities. The role provides flexible support across customer service, product recommendations, tills, stock replenishment, visual merchandising, festive gifting and seasonal activities during the Christmas trading period.

Role & Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming environment for every customer.
• Assist customers with enquiries and product recommendations across beauty and gifting.
• Operate tills and process transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Replenish stock and maintain product availability across the store.
• Support visual merchandising standards and maintain a beautifully presented shopping environment.
• Assist with festive gifting services and seasonal activities.
• Promote the My Beauty rewards programme and customer feedback initiatives.
• Collaborate with colleagues across different areas of the business to support peak trading.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing environment such as retail, hospitality, leisure or beauty.
• A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
• Strong communication skills and confidence interacting with customers.
• A flexible approach and willingness to support different areas of the store.
• Ability to remain organised and positive in a fast-paced environment.
