Role & Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and develop the production team to foster a collaborative and high-performing culture
- Manage end-to-end ecommerce image production ensuring content delivery to the highest quality standards and trading deadlines
- Oversee studio scheduling, shoot planning and resource allocation to support production requirements

- Advanced organisational skills with proficiency in Excel and production data analysis
- Demonstrated ability to balance multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail
- Strong stakeholder relationship-building and influencing capabilities

Proven experience leading teams within a high-volume photographic, creative or ecommerce production environment, with demonstrated expertise in studio scheduling, model casting and freelance talent management. Strong track record of delivering operational excellence in fast-paced creative environments whilst managing multiple competing priorities.
