Role & Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with Buying, Merchandising, and Online Trade departments to understand new product launches and ensure business requirements are met within established creation timelines
- Support the Product Catalogue Operation Manager in defining and executing the Product Catalogue Operations strategy
- Manage daily and intraday workload allocation and resourcing of Product Catalogue Creation Administrators to prioritize deliverables and drive service level agreements
- Identify operational improvement opportunities and design system enhancements to streamline processes and increase key performance indicators
- Prepare and distribute weekly performance reporting to stakeholders, along with adhoc reporting as required
Qualifications
- Proven experience managing and leading teams with demonstrated track record of driving productivity and quality delivery
- Strong background in queue and workflow management within volume-driven environments
- Established experience influencing cross-functional stakeholders including suppliers, brands, and third-party partners to drive change and continuous improvement
- Experience in e-commerce, product catalogue management, supply chain operations, or multinational business environments
- Experience with SAP Retail, particularly Materials Management module, and data syndication platforms

Proven experience managing teams in complex, fast-paced operational environments with demonstrated capability in driving productivity against quality metrics and fostering high levels of team engagement. Background in e-commerce, product catalogue management, or supply chain operations within multinational or volume-driven settings is highly valued. Must demonstrate ability to manage multiple concurrent onboarding projects with minimal supervision and to implement change without direct authority.
Education
Relevant qualification in business, operations, supply chain management, or information technology is advantageous; equivalent professional experience in catalogue or product data management may substitute formal credentials.
