Role & Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and pursue selling and service opportunities with every client interaction, recommending products across multiple categories to encourage broader engagement
- Build and expand a loyal client base through referrals, word-of-mouth recommendations, and relationship cultivation
- Manage the complete customer journey, including product selection, transaction processing, stock coordination, and order dispatch
- Deliver omni-channel service through both on-site retail consultations and proactive virtual sales, leads generation, and client acquisitions
- Acquire, build, and maintain strong personal relationships with clients, connecting individually to understand lifestyle needs and style preferences
- Implement the Art of Selling methodology in all client interactions, whether face-to-face or virtual, to deliver exceptional sales performance and premium service experiences
Qualifications
- Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding consistent sales targets
- Proven ability to build and maintain an existing client portfolio with high return rates
- Exceptional customer service skills with strong client-led selling approach

Experience
Proven experience in luxury retail sales with a track record of building and maintaining client relationships, demonstrating consistent high customer return rates and sales target achievement. Experience working independently in a client-focused retail environment is essential, with evidence of successful cross-selling across multiple product categories preferred.
Education
No formal qualifications specified; however, a keen eye for fashion trends and strong understanding of luxury market positioning is advantageous.
