Role & Responsibilities
- Execute all Rolex casing procedures following Standard Operating Procedures after timepiece servicing
- Conduct waterproof testing on all serviced timepieces and ensure all supporting documentation is properly completed and filed
- Complete Rolex Quick Service tasks including bracelet and strap adjustments, replacements, and link modifications
- Allocate spare parts accurately to the correct job tickets and maintain proper documentation
- Provide onboarding training and technical guidance to newly recruited workshop staff
- Deliver administrative support to the broader workshop team to ensure efficient operational flow
Qualifications
- Rolex Level 20 Accreditation
- Knowledge of basic mechanical watch movements and horological principles
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite applications
- Exceptional attention to detail and organisational capabilities
