Harrods seeks experienced Massage Therapist for luxury Hair and Beauty Salon in London. 30 hours/week, permanent part-time role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver a diverse portfolio of massage treatments with demonstrated expertise in holistic and relaxation techniques
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by creating trusted, welcoming, and confidential treatment experiences
- Provide expert guidance on appropriate treatments and premium skincare products tailored to individual client needs
- Maintain composure and attentiveness during high-paced salon operations while preserving an intimate, calm client experience
- Uphold rigorous standards of hygiene, professionalism, and discretion in all client interactions
- Collaborate with salon team members to ensure consistent service delivery and confidentiality protocols
Qualifications
- CIDESCO, CIBTAC, or NVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy certification
- Minimum 5 years' professional experience as a Massage Therapist or equivalent role
- Proven experience working within a luxury market and serving high-end clientele
- Demonstrated knowledge of treatment trends and premium wellness products
- Ability to deliver treatments professionally to both male and female clients
- Strong communication skills with clients and colleagues

At least 5 years of professional experience as a Massage Therapist or in a closely related wellness role, with demonstrated expertise in holistic and relaxation massage techniques within a luxury retail or hospitality setting.
Education
CIDESCO, CIBTAC, or NVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy qualification required.
