Harrods High Value Cash Associate role in Knightsbridge, London. Full-time position managing premium transactions and compliance.
Role & Responsibilities
- Process and manage high-value cash transactions and bank transfer payments with meticulous attention to compliance and accuracy
- Provide expert advice and coaching to Harrods retail teams both in-person and via telephone regarding transaction procedures
- Conduct required business processes and customer due diligence to finalise transactions successfully
- Ensure adherence to Anti Money Laundering legislation and internal procedural standards throughout all transactions
- Support retail teams to prioritise customer experience whilst maintaining transaction integrity
- Manage difficult customer conversations with professionalism and discretion
- Execute transaction duties independently with minimal supervision whilst adapting to changing priorities
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Anti Money Laundering legislation and compliance requirements
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Demonstrated customer service excellence when engaging with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to conduct difficult conversations with customers tactfully and professionally
- Strong time-management skills with flexibility to adjust to shifting operational priorities
Skills
Experience
Demonstrated experience in customer-facing transaction processing, payment administration, or compliance-related roles within a retail or financial services environment is advantageous.
Education
Secondary education or equivalent; additional training in financial compliance or Anti Money Laundering protocols is valued.
