Harrods Drybar seeks Front of House Coordinator in Knightsbridge. Manage salon operations, client experience, and appointments in luxury beauty retail environment.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Greet clients with warmth and manage all check-in and check-out processes with professionalism and care
  • Book appointments accurately using the Booker system and oversee daily salon diary management to optimise scheduling and flow
  • Allocate clients to stylists and coordinate the daily salon operations to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Manage telephone and email enquiries with exceptional communication etiquette and responsiveness
  • Promote Drybar services, treatments, loyalty programmes, and retail products to enhance client engagement and revenue
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and process all transactions with precision and confidentiality
  • Ensure front of house and salon areas remain immaculate, welcoming, and fully stocked with necessary supplies
  • Collect and encourage client feedback to support Net Promoter Score (NPS) initiatives and continuous improvement
  • Comply with all hygiene protocols and sanitise tools and surfaces throughout the day to maintain health and safety standards
  • Collaborate with stylists and management to enhance the overall client experience and support team objectives

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in a similar luxury service environment such as a salon, spa, or health club
  • Exceptional communication skills with a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities and busy appointment schedules
  • Team player with the ability to build positive, collaborative relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Experience with appointment booking software or salon management systems (Booker experience preferred)
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate client needs and think strategically about service enhancements
  • Pride in personal presentation and an understanding that every client touchpoint reflects Drybar and Harrods standards
  • Knowledge of or enthusiasm to develop expertise in haircare services, products, and customer journey best practices

Experience
