Harrods seeks an experienced Food Team Manager for its iconic Knightsbridge Food Halls. Lead, develop, and deliver excellence in food retail operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Attract, develop, and retain talent while building a strong pipeline of future leaders within the Food Halls team
- Set clear strategic direction for the department and coach colleagues to achieve ambitious commercial and operational goals
