Role & Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and expert guidance to 4,000+ users across all business functions including Retail, Distribution, and Corporate operations
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows 10, macOS, desktop, laptop, tablet, VDI, and thin-client devices
- Oversee the diagnosis and repair of IT equipment, coordinating with internal resources and third-party service providers
- Administer Active Directory environments and maintain user access and security protocols
- Support Office 365, Microsoft Teams, and Adobe Creative Cloud applications with advanced troubleshooting capabilities
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with IT teams and business stakeholders
- Proactively engage with Service Management teams to ensure effective representation of end-user support within governance frameworks
- Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot network printers and peripheral devices
- Ensure compliance with software licensing and security standards, including antivirus and encryption technologies
Qualifications
- Advanced knowledge of Windows 10 and macOS installation, configuration, administration, and troubleshooting
- Demonstrated expertise in Active Directory administration and user management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Office 365 troubleshooting
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud suite
- Expert-level understanding of software licensing compliance
- Strong awareness of end-user security technologies including antivirus and encryption solutions
- Proven experience with Microsoft Teams configuration and support
- Demonstrated ability to configure and troubleshoot network printers and peripheral devices
