The Data Assistant maintains accurate, compliant recipe and product data across Food systems, supporting product launches, updates and delists, data governance, and operational queries. The role is permanent, with hybrid working possible for part of the week and at least three days on-site, subject to business needs.
Role & Responsibilities
- Create, maintain and update recipe and product data across Food systems.
- Manage product lifecycle administration, including launches, delists and workflow processes.
- Maintain system data, conduct validation checks and resolve data discrepancies.
- Support data governance through routine audits, reconciliations and quality control activities.
- Provide operational support and respond to stakeholders’ data, system and process queries.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in data administration, systems administration or a similar operational support role.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and experience using business systems and databases.
- Excellent organisational, communication and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
