Harrods seeks Customer Relations Specialist in London to manage complex complaints and deliver luxury customer service excellence.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume, complex customer issues and deliver exceptional service tailored to Harrods' luxury clientele
- Coordinate aftercare services for customers experiencing post-sale issues with Furniture, Nursery Furniture, and Technology purchases, serving as primary liaison between brand, retail team, and customer
- Review customer feedback channels and provide timely, professional responses to inquiries and complaints
- Track and monitor cases from inception to full resolution, ensuring complete customer satisfaction
- Represent the Harrods brand as a pinnacle of luxury and best-in-class customer service in all interactions
- Take independent initiative to resolve customer issues whilst maintaining compliance with company standards
Qualifications
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex complaints from inception to resolution
- Strong background in customer service or customer relations, ideally with complaints management experience
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
