Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver tailored, consultative beauty advice to customers, demonstrating deep product knowledge across makeup, skincare, and fragrance categories
- Create memorable and personalized customer experiences at every interaction, establishing relationships that encourage repeat visits
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets whilst maintaining focus on service quality and customer satisfaction
- Maintain elevated visual merchandising standards and ensure adequate stock levels, replenishment, and inventory management
- Champion the My Beauty rewards scheme and actively encourage customer participation in feedback surveys
- Work with autonomy and collaborative spirit to contribute to team excellence and exceed industry benchmarks

Qualifications
