Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver first-class, personalized customer service and demonstrate exceptional product knowledge across makeup, skincare, and fragrance categories
- Build and maintain quality customer relationships through dedicated clienteling efforts, cultivating a loyal local client network in Thurrock and surrounding areas
- Reach out to and establish collaborative partnerships with local influencers aligned to the H Beauty brand
- Support and lead local events alongside store management, coordinating with local stakeholders to develop and execute a comprehensive event calendar
- Collaborate with store management to generate and implement innovative sales-driving initiatives specific to the Lakeside location
- Leverage social media platforms to showcase H Beauty's exceptional product offerings and create engaging brand content
- Maintain the shop floor to the highest standards, ensuring optimal product presentation and merchandising
- Educate and mentor colleagues on new product launches and beauty trends within the category
- Uphold personal grooming and presentation standards in line with company dress code expectations
Qualifications
- Demonstrated passion for beauty products, with knowledge of makeup, skincare, and fragrance categories
- Proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships in a luxury retail environment
- Experience with social media marketing and content creation
- Strong organizational and event management capabilities
- Ability to thrive in a team environment while working independently as a self-starter
Skills
Experience
Retail or luxury customer service experience in a beauty, fashion, or prestige goods environment preferred. Background in brand ambassadorship or community engagement is advantageous.
Education
Secondary education or equivalent qualification; beauty industry certification or relevant formal training is desirable.

The base compensation for this position is GBP 29,089 per annum.
