Experience
Minimum 3–5 years of progressive experience in retail management, ideally within beauty, luxury or selective retailing environments. Demonstrated success leading teams and driving commercial performance in fast-paced settings.
Education
Secondary education or equivalent; retail management certification or relevant training is advantageous but not essential.
